After each session these 4 day rules must be taken into action. Failing to stick to these rules, the treatment may not work or give the results we want to achieve! 4 day rules: 1.Do not wash, shave, or allow your scalp to sweat. 2.Avoid rain and all moisture on the scalp. 3.No hats unless necessary — if worn, use a clean cotton cap (not wool). Day 5 1.Gently wash your scalp with warm water only — no shampoo or soaps. Do not use the shower directly; instead, pour water gently. 2.You may shave your head, but only with electric clippers or a foil shaver — no razors. 3.Begin applying a moisturiser to your scalp 3 times daily. This softens the skin and makes future sessions easier and more comfortable. Can and Can't *After Day 4, light sweating is okay. *After Day 10, more intense physical activity and sweating is allowed. *Avoid swimming during the treatment process. *You may swim 30 days after your final session. *Keep your scalp out of direct sunlight throughout the treatment course. *After 10 days, use SPF 30–50 daily to protect your results and prevent fading.
